Tell us what works for you

Include your preferred way to communicate and any adjustments you would like us to consider. You can ask for written communication, a scheduled video conversation, plain-language information or involvement from a support person. You do not need to explain your diagnosis to describe an access need.

Reporting a problem

Tell us which page or feature you were using, what you expected and what happened. Screenshots can help, but please remove personal information first. Never send passwords, verification codes or private participant records by email.
